Evening Performance

Report Time: Meet Mr. Stefan, Ms. Ramirez, and Mrs. Craft at 6:30pm in the CHOIR ROOM (when entering the main auditorium doors, turn left and walk down the hallway until you get to the choir room on the left side of the hall). 

Concert: 7pm at the H.S.

What to Wear: Dress Attire (dress pants/dress shirt) or Concert Black

When Students Have Finished Performing: Students may sit with their parents to watch the remainder of the show. Send one parent back to the choir room to pick up your child after their performance so they can enjoy watching the rest of the concert! Make sure one of the directors (Mr. Stefan, Ms. Ramirez, or Mrs. Craft) sees you leave with a parent so they know you got connected to your family safely. Parents/Guardians, please do not get up in the middle of a group performing, but wait in between numbers at a transitional time to meet up with your child and enter the auditorium again. 

Daytime Schedule for "Men in Song" Workshop: 

*Students will eat lunch at Zephyr Elementary (like normal). Wear regular comfortable school clothing to the workshop.

12:10 - Steckel and Zephyr students will be walked over to the High School by Mr. Stefan 

12:20-2:00 - Students will be placed in their spots on the risers, rehearse in sections, rehearse as a full group, and end with a run-through of the song (working with Ms. Ramirez, Mr. Stefan, and Mrs. Craft)

2:10 - Students will be walked back to Zephyr by Mr. Stefan and resume their normal school schedule for the remainder of the day
